Lori, who repeatedly keeps calling me at work is incredibly rude and when I finally did take her call she asked why I never returned her phone calls......plain and simple you are a rude money hungry B**** and if you call my phone again you will have legal problems, I will not buy a car from you ever nor did I ever request to buy a car from you....buyer beware they show all signs of being con artists!!!!

When I first stopped in and looked at an Accent, initially I thought it would be too high, but could possiblly work something out. The sales person, Ellen, was willing to give a test drive and have my trade in appraised at a half hour before closing on a Friday even though I offered to come back another day. When I talked to the first sales manager, he said there was no way they could get to my range "it just wasn't going to happen." I said ok and left. After the numbers he showed me I agreed, it was way too high and my trade in was 1000 less than I was offered everywhere else I had been. So I felt a bit foolish but confused at why the numbers were so high, we are talking $100 more a month than I was shooting for and a few thousand total.

What a difference a day makes. While at another dealer, Ellen called and said to come in and they would make it work. I worked with Gary on the trade in value, and said the apr was too high. They got the APR close to where it should be and got the trade in amount I was offered everywhere else. And the payment dropped by $75 over 72 months. I felt pretty good, not extremely happy but ok. What was amazing, is after everything was signed, I was waiting for delivery. Tom, the finance guy, called me back in and said he got an apr nearly a full percent less. This was AFTER everything was signed and I was on my way. Not sure how many other places would have done that. He threw away the old contracts and I signed the new lower APR.

I hope more people have an experience like this, they turned me around from not going back to actually recommending them.

I came to this dealer twice, once in March to look at the Genesis sedan, and once in June to look at the Eqqus. When I came in March, the salesman flat out refused to let me even sit in the car. I realize that I am only seventeen, but there is no reason to refuse to let somebody sit in a car, especially if they have the money to pay cash right on the spot for the car. It seems plain ridiculous to me, as Bentley and Porsche dealers even let me take cars out by myself for a test drive. Being a high-profile customer, I also expect common courtesy and respect, which should be given to everybody that walks into the dealership. That apparently is not available at this dealership.
When I arrived in June, I figured that I had a bad salesman before and that everything would be alright this time. That was a wrong thought, as I was treated worse this time. I'm sorry, but if your selling vehicles that are aimed directly to customers like me, then you need to improve your attitude toward your customers. I'm not some low-rent, bad-dressed thug trying to steal a car, I was simply looking for a nice, comfortable car. I guess I will never know how these are, as I will NEVER buy a Hyundai after this experience.

Very good selection of all types of hyundais including new sonata's. Good salesman who aren't too pushy and who care about making you happy with your purchase. They are alot better then most of the dealerships in the area and you just can't beat the warranty that comes on these cars. The lot is fairly large and they have a good selection of used vehicles as well as the new 2006 sonata.

PROS: wide selection
CONS: low prices on trade ins
