I called Dr. Greenspan's office this morning, and spoke to Bobby. She was very pleasant, and actively listened to everything I had to say, and responded very professionally. She was not rushing to get off the phone, but very attentive, and due to her being the first contact for this vet office, and being very nice, I scheduled an appointment to take my dog in to see Dr. Greenspan. I felt very comfortable after my conversation with her that my dog, and her care will be in great hands. I am looking forward to meeting the doctor, and his staff.

Dr. Greenspan and his staff are very knowledgable and caring, We had some miscommunication with him towards the end of our cat's life but I think that was more due to the high emotions involved. Our cats was seriously ill and Dr. Greenspan explained all of our options without pressuring us in any direction. I would recommend him.

Dr. Greenspan and Robin (Vet Tech) are outstanding! I was nervous about finding a new vet when we moved here from Florida. We live in an apartment community and everyone seems to take their dogs to different places.... which tells me that nobody on the Main Line is popular enough to have gotten all these folks' business. I did some independent research online and saw many good comments on Gulph Mills Vet Hosp. and decided to try it out. I am certainly glad I did!

In the 4 months we have lived here I have brought our puppy to GMVH 5 times for various ailments and we are scheduled to go again for hip x-rays. Dr. Greenspan and Robin are so pleasant to deal with... it feels more like a social visit than a vet visit! And our puppy loves them as much as they seem to love her. Their caring and compassion for animals is very evident. And Dr. Greenspan takes his time to get to know the owners, their backgrounds, etc. He is conservative in terms of treatment... meaning he doesn't just dole out antibiotics for every little thing. He does not like unecessary overmedication and he really thinks things through and has offered up some interesting alternatives. When I thought our puppy had a urinary infection he suggested adding a little tomato juice to her food for a few days... and it cleared up! Once I called asking for a same day appointment, and they were able to get us in even after a long day of surgery.

While we do live closer to a number of other vet practices, I am a huge fan of GMVH and I highly recommend it to anyone!
