1 Stars: Appalling! (by knows b.)

I was appalled at how we were treated during our first visit. Our teenager went two times and this was our first time speaking with Mr. Anthony Panichella, and he immediately began attacking my husband without even trying to get to know us or establish a rapport. He had already made up his mind about us and he was sarcastic and condescending from the minute he began talking. I felt like I was on Dr. Phil and he had 21 minutes and two commercial breaks to get us to agree with everything he said. He kept telling us he was the expert and he's been doing this a long time. Well, to me, anyone who proclaims themselves an expert means they think they know it all (but really don't) and have no ability to learn from others. I can't rate the other therapists at this practice, but Mr. Panichella should not be working in family therapy.

3 Stars: Therapy (by Marie H.)

This is a practice that does evaluations for mental health. First a physician sees you and then you are assigned a counselor who determines how often you need to come in.
