This place is okay if this is your first apartment and you don't have many belongings. They are very small apartments. However, they serve the purpose if you don't plan on staying long. I have a few complaints about this place. One would have to be the lack of customer service when it comes to the management/maintainance staff. They are not very kind to the existing tenants. A real sm@ck in the face for the $$ you put out for this tiny crawl space. My second complaint would be the ro@ches, myce and other miscellaneous critters. I lived there for 2 years, upon several requests, not once was a exterminator sent to my apartment! My third complaint would be the disrespectfully loud neighbors and the lack of parking. They tie at number 3. All those combined chased me out of there as soon as I had enough money for a new place.

The workmanship here was horrible. The paint started pealing off the bathroom walls less than two months after I moved in. My carpet was old and flat looking after just 3 months of me living there! I was promised all new appiances, when I moved in, the same old stove and 1970's fridge was still there! The stove had a gas leak, and all my food went bad in the fridge because it was broken. It took almost a month for both to be replaced.

Maintenance never bothered to phone before they came, and sometimes I swear they had no reason to be there! Twice I came home to cigerette butts on my living room floor. I lived alone and I did not smoke-so someone been in my apartment without my knowlege. No one could give me a reason. That's the number one reason I fled that place!

Like I said earlier, this is the place for you if you do not have much. Examaple: belongings, credit & money. Don't burden yourself with this place if you can afford someplace better. Plus, ther is a yearly rent increase. For the price you'll pay to live here, you can find a bigger apartment just a few short blocks away!

Pros: Cheap, quiet off street (at times) & cute

Cons: Terrible parking, loud/scary neighbors, poor management team
