My Plumber

My Plumber was easy to reach by phone. He installed a hot water heater and charged $345 (not including the cost of the heater itself, which I purchased elsewhere). At my request he also improved the water flow in a 2nd floor sink, and he did that job quickly and for no extra cost. However he said he would arrive at my house between 10 and 11AM to start the job, but he arrived late at 12:15PM. He finished the job at 3pm when my friend (house-sitter) paid him in full, by check. The plumber had previously agreed to remove and dispose of the old water heater but after he left the job site, the old heater was still laying on my side yard (and the house-sitter did not realize it not been removed). When I got home from work at 5pm I phoned and the plumber promised to have the old heater removed by 7:00pm .. phoned again and he promised 7:30pm, and by 9pm he was a no-show. In frustration I called him one last time, and he removed the water heater at 9:45pm.

These guys were great. The price was right. They arrived at my house with in minutes of my call. They provided an over the phone estimate and the final price was the same. They snaked my toilet (with removing the toilet) and there was little to no mess. Bernie and the guys were very conscious of work neatly. Huge plus as we all know we spend hours cleaning behind messy service professionals. Not these guys excellent work. And the toilet, sink and tub worked just fine.

Why not 5 stars, I will need to call them back. The water is slowing down and gurgling again. I don't think this is due to them. It has to do with the plumbing is suppose to be all new in a renovated house (or at least problem free).

Had to have a toilet replaced last week and a friend suggested I call these guys. They came out same day and had the job done in no time. Great work and were very clean.

always on time and strait to the point ,repaired my heater and installed my hot water heater and the price was right . Thanks My Plumber and your team of technician
