Vehicle was described as "like new" condition and was Acura Certified. I was told that the vehicle had no damage and was in excellent shape. Upon arrival I found that the passenger door, fender and hood had been repainted (very poorly). The passenger door was full of broken glass - some of which fell out when I closed the door. The interior of the vehicle was in very poor condition including a strong smell of urine and scratches, cuts and marks on nearly every surface. Howard Leopold (sales person) told me that he felt the car was in excellent condition and that we just had a difference of opinion. He also denied mis-representing the vehicle prior to my visit. The General Manager (Chuck/Charles) told me that the vehicle has a clean car fax report and that was enough for them to say it had never been in an accident. He would not acknowledge the broken glass or other damage. In return he offered to sell me a brand new Acura for $15k more than the vehicle I originally wanted to look at. Bait and switch in other words. I have purchased three Certified-Used Acura's in the past from other dealerships. All have been in excellent condition and have served me well. Sussman Acura clearly has serious ethical issues. Acura needs to take a serious look at this dealership and decide if they want this type of operation to reflect their brand. The experience is reflective of many others that I have since found online. I highly recommend avoiding Sussman Acura or any of their other businesses.

We walked away from Marty Sussman Honda and I had to literally bite our tongues to not make a scene. I was willing to pay them that day for a 2011 Honda Pilot and they could have had a good deal. The general manager is a real class act.

I have read all the reviews, now read mine. I was all set to buy from Sussman Honda but my wife was not available that day. So, I did some up-front leg work and looked at their selection of CR-V's. They said "trust me" we're going to make the "Best" offer in town because we want your business. I was all set to trade-in my primo condition 2002 Monte Calo SS. They offered me $3500. I knew that was off. So, I went to Conicelli later that day and they offered me $5200. What a difference. Sussman was trying to STEAL the car from me. If you want the "Best" deal in town, go to Conicelli. You will not regret it.

I just leased my 2010 Honda Accord from Sussman Honda and I wanted to let everyone know that if they are looking to buy or lease a vehicle, they must go to Marty Sussman Honda. The team of professionals are absolutley the best in the automotive industry. The finance manager, Marisa Mirarchi is undoubtly the best in the business, she was fast, efficient, professional yet caring at the same time. She made my experience one of the best car buying experiences ever. My sales person, Linda Kleins was ready to answer any questions I had and was very knowledgable about her product line. She was easy to talk to and easy to get along with. I know that any future auto purchases will be made at Sussman Honda. Thank you so much for making my experience delightful!

I bought a Honda here several years ago and have had it serviced here several times. My family has done business with this dealership for decades. We have always found them to be honest and they honor their word. Service department is expensive, but no worse than most dealerships.

When looking for our new vehicle we went to Marty Sussman, which is a distance from our home, but they had great prices!!! Very nice salesman and very upfront with you. The one reason we didn't purchase from them was because when discussing the trade in of our vehicle they didn't quote a good price and basically gave us the attitude that they were doing us favor just by taking it. The car really was in good condition, low mileage, no damage and run well but when we asked if they could do alittle bit better, they offered 500.00, they told us they really didn't want it and 500.00 was the best they could do. We were looking for atleast 1,000 and because of 500.00 they lost our business.
