this is pretty much the only theater we go to anymore. And, we only go if we can get VIP seating. A VIP matinee is about the same price as an evening show -- and you get to reserve a wonderful, roomy, comfortable seat. With plenty of space for drinks and snacks -- either the standard popcorn, or something more substantial from their mini restaurant.

We upgraded to the box seats and it was worth it. You are able to have food and drinks in this section above the normal popcorn and soda. The upper level is beautiful and makes it seem more like a "theater" than a movie cinema. I like walking around and just looking at the decor, it is one of the nicest around.

Loews Theatre is the best there is in Pittsburgh! It is very classy and they offer so many more options than any other movie theatre I've been to. The Mommy movies are the best so you don't have to worry about taking your child to the movies and them making noise. They are conveniently located right at the Waterfront.

This is the most beutifully decorated movie thetre in pittsburgh . It is conv. located just at waterfront an area of shopping and going dinner. It has evry big salons and sound system is decent. Ticketing is much easier by using automated machines so most of the time you did not need to enter long lines and wait. It is also possible to buy tickets from fandango so while you are there you will not have problem about finding the ticket for the movie you want

The theater is one of the nicest, cleanest theaters I have ever been in. They offer reserved seating for an additional $5.50 so you can show up right before your movie without worrying about getting a seat. They even allow you to bring in your favorite cocktail from the Loew's restaurant if you wish, when you have a reserved seat. The ticket prices are also very reasonable and there is ample parking. They also offer a mommy movie which basically means that moms can bring their babies into the movie with them at specific times.
