I made many trips to Tiffany, Philadelphia and not one of them has ever been anything but a pleasurable experience. Helpful, knowledgeable staff and a nice selection of their glittering merchandise.
PROS: Knowledgeable staff, good variety
CONS: Christmas is a very busy time and you may need to wait for assistance.
I was very disappointed when i went into Tiffany's the other day. I needed to buy a clock and was brushed aside on two different occasions by sales people. When i asked about something the associate was very rude. I wound up asking a very nice woman to help me and i purchased my clock, but i don't know if it was my sweatpants that made them give me the brush off or not, but i do know that i will go somewhere else for a nice gift!
I always have a great experience when I go to Tiffany. The jewelry is gorgeous and that sales associates are very knowlegeable and eager to help. They can sometimes be too eager and come across as a bit pushy. Some may consider the prices to be a bit high but when you consider the quality that you are getting it's worth every penny. They have all sorts of jewelry, from silver to gold and from necklaces to rings, but they are probably most well known for their beautiful diamond engagement rings.
