Eric at compucare was more than helpful when I had a virus in my PC. I dropped off the machine and he had it cleaned up in no time. He alsp provided technical help after the work was done, which was very important, since at the time I wasn't so computer-savvy. Ironically, his help allowed me to learn how to avoid paying someone to do this in the future. I have fixed other people's machines since working with Compucare.
