Great selection of gowns for the bride and bridal party. Also a great source for prom and other occasion gowns. I don't know if they still have this policy, but at one time they were charging to go in and try on gowns...which I found to be absurd. But maybe with the economy as it is they may have since changed it.

The staff is extremely knowledgable,they found me the most gorgeous gown and handled all the fittings and alterations quickly and beautifully.
I purchased my wedding dress here in 2001, and their service was wonderful. They had a great selection, and the staff spent a great deal of time making sure my dress was perfect! I have been with other brides who have gone elsewhere that did not receive as great service and had nightmare experiences! I love that in their building they have other bridal services, and they also have bridal shows where you can go and see area businesses all at once which helps with all the planning!

I made the mistake of returning here for a second visit. The tiny Irish(?) saleswoman recognized me (guess business is really slow and now we all know why!) and refused to answer my questions correctly about the dresses. I asked if a certain dress came in another color. "Yes" was her answer. Now that's helpful...Do you have my size in a certain area. "Yes." Ok. She was cold and rude to me and my husband. Please avoid this store as it will only depress you and do you really need that when you are dress shopping? No!! This woman had her nose so stuck up in the air, she would have drowned if she was out in the rain.
Cons: Stuck-up saleswoman, outdated dresses, meanness everywhere
