Used W & O for two years and many small issues led me to move on to another source for heating oil and boiler service.

Hot water, oil fired heating system wasn't getting heat to the second floor of my house. W & O came out, said there was air in the line, and bled it. I asked if this would be an on-going issue and was assured it would be three or more years before it was an issue again. I believed the diagnosis as I lived in the house for fourteen years and never experienced this issue.

Three months later the air was back and the heat wasn??t making it upstairs. W & O completely missed the maintenance appointment. I called and was told I had to wait two working days before a Tech could be re-scheduled [Fri & Mon of course with my luck]. I bled the lines myself that weekend as I watched the original Tech accomplish the task. I called back and said I had resolved the issue and asked if there was a long term solution. They assured me that an air bleed valve could be installed and that would make the issue go away for good.

I had the valve installed at the end of the heating season and had the boiler serviced. That Oct I had the same issue and bled the second floor myself. Adding this experience to other minor gaps in Customer Service I decided to move on to another heating oil provider.
