We bought our tub eight months ago after being assured, "Spring Dance hot tubs don't leak." Well, ours does -- as it turns out after much ado with the service department, the fountain portion (really a small plastic tray) has fractured in multiple places causing a significant leak in the back right side of the tub. The company is now working diligently to fix the problem; however, identifying and fixing will have required at least three service visits and multiple follow-up phone calls on our part. All in all, the sales folks are outstanding, and the service coordinator is, too. However, the wait times and follow-ups necessary to get service are far from ideal.
