I've owned a Sundance Cameo since 2003, and my husband and I use the spa just as much now as we did when we first made our purchase! I have arthritis and he has a bad back, so the therapy this tub has provided us has been quite a treat! Until recently, I had only dealt with the friendly retail employees at Spring Dance, but I had to talk with someone regarding a service issue recently. I spoke with Sue in the service department and she was very helpful. Our tub wasn't coming up to temperature and it turned out a sensor had gone bad. Unfortunately we were about 6 months out of the warranty (it was a 5 year warranty), so we had to pay out of pocket. The price wasn't bad and the service tech was very courteous! I highly recommend Spring Dance!

We bought our tub eight months ago after being assured, "Spring Dance hot tubs don't leak." Well, ours does -- as it turns out after much ado with the service department, the fountain portion (really a small plastic tray) has fractured in multiple places causing a significant leak in the back right side of the tub. The company is now working diligently to fix the problem; however, identifying and fixing will have required at least three service visits and multiple follow-up phone calls on our part. All in all, the sales folks are outstanding, and the service coordinator is, too. However, the wait times and follow-ups necessary to get service are far from ideal.

My husband and I were "newbies" when it came to finding a hot tub we would enjoy. We knew absolutely nothing! We immersed ourselves in researching the top brands and companies in the area.
Spring Dance had the best combination- a wonderful, world-class hot tub brand (Sundance Spas) AND some the nicest, most helpful staff out of any of the other stores we visited. We purchased our spa 3 years ago and have continued to use Spring Dance for our hot tub chemical needs. Anytime we have questions, they are very eager to help us maintain our crystal clear water!
We had one minor service issue (covered by the strong 5 year warranty!) that was taken care of very professionally by the service department. All in all, this company has exceeded our expectations!

Dont waste your time or money. I bought a Sundance Optima from them and the sales department was great. Then the hot tub developed a leak. That was in June, as I write this rating it is September 16, and they still have my tub. They keep lying and passing the buck. I will never deal with this company again
