Quality Diagnostics

If you're looking for an auto repair shop that does great work; whether it is getting your oil changed, or brake work, or tune up, engine repair, whatever the case may be, I am telling you that Quality Diagnostics is the place for you. Not only does their work speak for themselves, but they actually care about you as a customer. It's certainly not like one of those larger automotive places like PEP BOYS, who could care less about your car troubles, or actually taking the time to really investigate your car and see if everything is working well. Really, all those larger automotive franchises care about is making the money, (believe me I know). But the mechanics at Quality Diagnostics are different. Since I have been taking my car into Quality Diagnostics, I have never regretted it. Recently, I took my car there, and there was a problem that I dreaded getting fixed, because I just knew that taking it elsewehere would cost me an "Arm and a Leg," but when I went to Quality Diagnostics, they saw a way around the problem, and fixed it for far, far less than what it would actually cost, had I gone to, say an auto body shop, or one of those places that specialize in body work. I was so "thrilled" and "thankful," I couldn't believe that they fixed it. They saved me so much money. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you to check them out, I know that you won't regret it.

They informed me that it would cost total $219 for parts and labor to replace an alternator and when I came to pay told me the total is $344. They wanted to charge $85 for a diagnostic fee when I told them the car needed an alternator.
