Burlington Coat Factory

I have been a shopper at Burlington Coat Factory for several years. Both at Franklin Mills and Philadelphia. N.E. I have never had a bad shopping experience at either store. Burlington Coat Factory also has great prices, great merchandise (both clothing, pictures, shoes and furniture. My co-workers never believe that those hot pair of shoes came from Burlington Coat factory. Also, I have unique art work from Burlington Coat Factory. And, anyone can also find one of a kind items such as a suit, shirt, skirt or coat. I love this store. And can say, for every one negative review, one-thousand positive reviews with the public. If everyone stopped to write about their wonderful experience at this store, we would run out of space quickly.

The sensor was left on my husbands suit and he never realized it. He really needed to wear it this past Sunday, because he is a preacher and had a very special preaching engagement. At the last minute he had to change his whole color scheme and come up with another suit to wear. It was a great inconvenience that was no fault of his own, but of the sales clerk who waited on him. I feel that he needs to be compensated for his gas and time, to have to bring it back to the store to have this sensor taken off.

They have good prices and are generally chaeper than other stores but the return policy stinks!!! You can not get cash back for any reason, even if it is defective. This can be especially bad with the baby depot for baby stuff.

PROS: cheap
CONS: can't return
