This used to be a great place to go. Not sure what is happening but not helpful after the sale. I torn a chair from an expensive set and the salesperson was not willing to assist me. I was very pissed and went to The Southern Company. This was a class act company! Recommend them over Waterloo any day.

My experience with Sales was average, however, when I had a warranty issue a few years later I felt like I was dealing with the cable company. It's was a nightmare from beginning to end and I still feel like my money was stolen by these people. I pity anyone who needs warranty assistant from Waterloo Gardens. No one seems to care about the customer after the sale is made.

What a great place to browse for plants and gifts. I just love going here to look around. They have a wonderful selection of items. If you can't find it here you won't find it anywhere.

Waterloo has at least two locations, possibly three, and we've done business with both the Devon and Exton branches. This is a fabulous place to buy plants and to plan your garden!! They have an extensive staff, all of whom are knowledgeable and willing to help. Their selection is enormous and in the Exton location in particular the grounds are lovely. Regardless of which branch you patronize, you're making a wise choice.

waterloo gardens is amazing. this garden center has everything, from the benches and topiaries to the small potted plants to the cut flowers. You can spend over an hour just wandering their beautiful displays, and it is a destinatino just for window-shopping at Christmas, Easter, or other holidays. Things cost FULL price here, though, so it pays to get on their mailing list (coupons come, and notification of special sales). They have a better quality of plants than anyone else locally, which is worth while for perennial, shrubs and trees. For annuals, go down the road and spend half as much for the same flat of pansies.

this place has pretty everything you could ever want to make a world-class garden, whether indoors or out: all kinds of plants, lots of garden statuery and decor, not to mention all the necessary tools, equipment, etc. the staff here is excellent also - everyone is very knowledgeable about what will grow where and how, and they aren't in any way too condescending to help out a novice or chat with an expert.
