Susquehanna Valley Rv Sales

Susquehanna RV located at 2084 Route 522 in Selinsgrove, PA 17870 has a nice selection of RV??s however, their service department is lacking in so many areas it??s hard to imagine how they stay in business. My wife and I purchased a BH26 Graywolf in November this year (2012) and found numerous issues with the RV. Supposedly, the service staff went over the unit before sale.

?The hot water heater would not stay on no matter what you did
?The stereo/ TV system did not work
?The water pump system made so much noise you could not have a conversation while it was in operation
?The water holding tank had parts missing that allowed the water to leak out as you filled it

We called Susquehanna RV and talked to Ryan the Service Manager and told him our problems and he said to bring it in and we did so. This was a mistake. The water heater now stays on however, it leaks. The stereo/TV system still does not work. They worked on water pump and left saw dust from the work they did on every surface in the RV. Even after the supposed repairs the pump still made so much noise that I had to purchase pipe rap and wrap all the water lines. The only repair they did fix was the water tank! Hurray!!!! I guess one out of four isn??t bad, is it?

Since we purchased the RV in November, I wanted it reinspected (at my cost) in May so I did not have to winterize the trailer then take it to Susquehanna. The service department was supposed to do this also. I went to service and they said they fixed everything and presented me with a bill, which included the inspection for May.

I paid the bill and went to pick up the RV and noticed that the inspection sticker still said November. I went back to service and said the inspection was not done. (However I was charged for it) The service man behind the counter checked and found they actually did not do the inspection, however I was charged for it. I said that I live 50 miles away and I am not leaving until it was done. They did the inspection about an hour later.

Moral of the story, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

If you feel compelled to purchase a camper from these guys, make sure the service department is doing their job when you have service done. Do not trusts that they did what they said they did and DO NOT leave their facility until you make a complete inspection of the work they performed.

I drove over 300 miles total to see what was advertised and found RV to be everything it was identified as.Austin is the awsome salesman we dealt with.He is quite a gentleman and makes all efforts to keep you well informed.I truly would recommend no other RV dealer anywhere.

If you are looking for an RV this is the place to go. They have an awesome selection. Some of the Rv's are unbeilevably beautiful. I felt the staff was a little snobby but there product was nice.
