They have a ton of jobs in their pool. If you go in there with some marketable skills, you'll have a job in a few days. They'll give you a couple of tests and find out your strengths, then set you up in some temp gigs, which could lead to permanent employment. If you prove to be dependable, they'll keep work coming your way.
