Don't go there!! My experience with Flynns tire stores is all bad. Prices are medium high, but the sales pitch is too much BS. My last set of tires from Flynns is exactly that.

DON'T GO HERE!!! I was a loyal customer of Flynn's for many years in spite of putting up with extreme incompetence from time to time. Example: after two oil changes they diid not screw my bottom panel back on; almost wrecked both times!! All they said was "oh, sorry." Last year they told me my rotors were fine; they ended up destroying my brake pads. I wrote to the President of the company and NEVER heard a thing. A friend of mine also had a bad experience with an inspection, but she at least received a certicate for service. I used Flynn the entire time they've been in Butler, and when they made their HUGE errors on my car, I was offered nothing except "don't let the door hit you in the a--, on the way out." Terrible, dishonest company with little to NO customer service and clearly incompent mechanics to boot!!!

BEWARE!!! I have used Flynn's Tire exclusively for the last year and after my last visit for an inspection I was told I needed new brakes. Instead of paying them $200 for new brake pads I traveled to my fathers to do it myself and while changing the pads I noticed oilly dirt around the area of the CV Boot. Upon closer inspection I found a cut between the ribs on my CV Boot. The boot itself is soft and supple, indistinguishable from the look and feel of new rubber, and the hole is clearly a smooth cut, as would be expected when cutting rubber with a utility knife. Upon bringing this to the attention of the manager Mike he adamantly refused that any of his guys would do such a thing. If it was not cut by one of their mechanics I would expect that they would have informed me of the clearly visible grease covering the area but nothing was said. It is clearly an attempt to cause the far more expensive problem of a bad CV Joint which would cost significantly more to repair in the future. Even if it was not cut, which I doubt completely, why would they not have informed me of a problem with the boot before it turned into a much larger problem? In either case I have absolute certainty that this shop cannot be trusted. BEWARE!!!
