This is a cross between a florist and the delis/supermarkets that sell prepackaged flowers. They have a variety of flowers in pre-arranged bunches out front, with decent prices. You can also pay $1 for extra "greens" to fill out your bouquet. Sometimes you an get great deals, like nice orchids for $10. Other times, the selection is less good. The flowers aren't as high quality as a fancier florist, and you won't find more exotic flowers, but prices are cheaper. Also, some people drive by and ask for a bunch and sometimes they'll do the transaction through your car window, handy in the downtown area. Other people temporarily park illegally to dash by and pick out their bunch. Of course, you can also walk there.
