Highland Park Animal Hospital

i used to work there, and i remember when carol was training a new person she would say stuff like "It doesn't matter that they are knocking at the door to come in, They know we open at 6"oh and i remember one day a person came in with the exact for his boarding fee's but it was like $80 more because while his dog was boarding there they gave him "much needed" shots, so anyway they held his dog until he could come up with the money, and on top of what he owed he had to pay the boarding fee for when they held his dog.

We hope no one ever need to take their dog to this hospital. The office manager is the most rudest we have ever come across. She has the audacity to leave us a rude message on our cell phone when we asked her for some info on some of the grooming services. On top of that she is such a irresponsible and uneducated person who tells us that if we are not their existing customer we should not be calling them. I mean, she is smoking or what. How dare she is.... Her name is Carol.

We are seriously pursuing legal action through our lawyer against the hospital and specifically the office manager. It is sad to see that such businesses crop up where they do not have a concept of customer service. I really wonder what kind of service they must be doing to the dogs

My dog was boarded there for 6 days.He lost 4 pounds came home with fleas and the doctor hiked up my bill.My dog was not due for his shots so the doctor felt like he needed to make money so he hiked up my bill and administer un-needed shots and even billed me for service not performed.The staff was okay ,but the customer service sucks! I'll never, never torture my dog again with such a horrific experience.
