Bingo Palace is by far the best hall in Pennsylvania. In fact, they guarantee it is the best, or you get your money back! The staff is so friendly and helpful. You can play electronically or on paper. If you choose the computer, they have "Wizards" that are fully automatic--don't even need to enter any numbers-and in color.

They are open Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun. Tuesdays the first single level 3 wins $500 PLUS match-play for one week (considering they are open 5 nights/week, that is a great prize). Wednesdays and Fridays are FREE bingo. You get all your paper for free, including the early birds, paper specials, American 7, Main session and the Jackpot--guaranteed minimum jackpot is $1,000. There is a Progressive Jackpot that starts at 47 #'s and goes up 1 number/week and $100/night. It was around $2,300 in 49#'s when I was there this past week. They also have quickies--when I was there, someone won a quickie and spun the wheel for $2,000. If the bingo isn't enough, they offer plenty of pull-tab and seal card games with prizes up to $500.

There is a high ceiling so smoke is not a problem. The monitors are easy to see and they even have a "security monitor" so that players can see the number as it comes up the chute. You can actually keep two numbers ahead. This is actually more than just a convenience--you never have to question whether the caller is calling the right number or not. Also, all winners are verified electronically. Needless to say, this is the only hall in the area I can feel 100% confident that the game is played fairly.

Play at the Palace...you'll love it too. And, come hungry because the food is great too.

PROS: Great Prizes, Free Bingo Wed/Fri's, helpful, very clean, well-lit
CONS: I am missing all my favorite tv shows, because I luv it too much!

Like bingo? Go here! Be sure you have at least $40.00 with you to purchase the bingo packages, which are the paper sheets needed to play the 35 games that are called. You'll also need an extra 10 dollars or so to play the specials and other fun stuff. Don't forget extra money to eat, because their kitchen is one to be rivaled at any bingo house. The kitchen boasts hot roast beef, meatballs, a myriad of cold sandwiches, snacks, cakes, candy and ciggarettes if you smoke. They also sell dabbers and chips if you need some extras too. Arrive early for good seating and get ready to dab to your heart's content. This hall offers high dollar prizes and has bingo 2-3 times per week.

PROS: Lots of games and good food
CONS: Pricey but worth it if you're a bingo-holic
