Although the apartments are nice, the leasing agent is NOT. I went there during my apartment search and the first question she asked me when I sat down was How much money do you make? She is one of those people who judge a book by its cover. Its not that I presented myself to her in an unprofessional manner, but between my ethnicity and my baby face, I do not know which triggered her interaction with me to be so uninviting.

When we arrived into the apartment on display, she did not even tell me the features of the apartment because she was so busy slapping me with her are you sure you can afford this questions!

Its ironic how, even though she was talking to me as if I was not good enough to be a tenant, she expressed how the apartments were mainly occupied by college students due to an agreement the local university has with the Courts. She was acting as if her building was flooded wit lawyers and doctors but contradicted herself when she revealed that the building were occupied by college students who are notorious for being broke.

Apartments are well secured, decent amenities for an establishment that caters to students. Good sized apartments. Slightly over priced. Studios start basically at 1K, the cheapest studios are below ground level and are very ill light (basically no outside light). 1 and 2 bedrooms are nice, tons of light. If your parents will be paying your rent and you are not ethically diverse this is probably a good deal.

If you do not fit the description above. Expect some amount of rudeness from the leasing office. I am a grad student in the College of Medicine with a comfortable salary so 1K from my own pocket is not a big deal, however I did get the 3rd degree about credit check and income limit etc, etc typical stereotypical crap.

This is a great apartment complex due to its location and atmosphere. The price is high but you get a door man and good maintenance staff for that price. The place is locked down pretty well, so straglers cannot walk in. There is a gated courtyard available for BBQ all the time.

The apartments are decent size, all with full kitchens and washer and dryer in each apt. Internet also comes with the building.

Lastly, the apt is not overun by kids. It is pretty quite most of the time.

this is one of the best places that i have lived in . they have a very friendly staff who work very hard to answer any questions that you might have. the living quarters are very clean and very well maintained. they have very good service personnel. they are very afforable and have many amenities. definitely try living here.
