Tom Adams Windows & Carpets

I would not recommend using Tom Adams, i took my screens there, they could not help me. So they did send someone to my house, who took my screens and never returned them. The were very nasty on the phone.

Bought a fixer upper home - Tom Adams had a great selection of rems and rolls - bought it for less than depot and had it installed in 1 week. Looked great-also bought 5 windows and a bow in sock, it was for less than my contrtactor could supply. My contractor installed and said hey were good windows - easy to install and so far so good- We love them. Saving money to go back for wood flooring next.

We wanted to replace the original builders carpet and vinyl with premium carpet and vinyl. Tom Adams had a great selection and we bought the top of the line stuff to really bring our home up to date. First problem was with the vinyl. The installer must have been blind because when he was finished there were hundreds of black spots all over that were built into the vinyl. This should never have been installed. It took over three months to have it replaced since the manufacturer had to come out to inspect and agree that is was a defective sheet good. The carpet was next. Again nice carpet but bad installers. They literally didn't know how to handle this style of carpet. Worst installation I have ever seen. STAY AWAY

We splurged on really upgrading our home. We bought premium carpet for the whole house and sheet goods for the kitchen. The kitchen was installed with defective sheet goods. Big black spots all over that were built into the vinyl. The installer (unless he was blind) shouldn't have proceeded. It took 3 months to have it replaced. The carpet was next. Nice carpet-horrible installers. We are living with probably the worst installation ever. I give this place 2 thumbs down.

We have gotten carpet here twice. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was timely and professional. They Even sent someone out to check that the work was done well!

We purchased windows and a Bay Window. The Sales Rep was very helpful and I can't believe the price I thought I was going to pay was 50% more OFF. So we bought, of course.
