I recently bought a truck at Lancaster Dodge and got a great no hassle deal from Scott P. I strongly recommend you shop at this store before you buy. The service department was very helpful and explained all repairs before they were preformed at reasonable prices.

I bought a Dodge Neon 2000 from this dealership. Car was making a strange noise when it was started. Took it back to the dealership more times than I could count only to be told that the service department never heard the noise. The service manager Tom went so far as to ask my boyfriend if he was sure this was an actual noise I was hearing or if it was in my head. Needless to say I traded that car in at another dealership and now have nothing positive to day about this dealership.l

We went here first to look for a new car. It seemed like we were getting a great deal. They were nice enough but after shopping around for the same car we got a better deal at a different dealership.Plus test driving is a pain because of where they are located. The roads are confusing to me.
