sorry but we at ken's don't do any repairs with out giving an estimate to the customer but anyone can call any of our customers i don't do repair with out calling first. but if there is any diagnosic work we have to pay our mechanics they don't work for free. sorry for any charges to u but i know you don't go into work and not get paid just a reminder written statements are free.I know for a fact that we do not have a Melissa L in our database, especially from North Carolina. This particular person visited alot of places on this one day,click on her name to see the places visited.Personally I think it is a scam from the wec pages, they want your advertisement so they get someone to post good and bad reviews about different locations they have in their web sit.PS NO MONEY NO CAR
I brought my car in here for a check up because it wa making a weird noise. I asked them not to do any work on it, just let me know what is wrong & give me an estimate. Well, I returned to a bill for $400 because they went ahead & fixed the problem without telling me. I was not happy & didn't pay them.

sorry for any poblems you had with kens put looking over your bill i don't see that we never touched or worked around your oil pan sorry but i can follow you around to check you oil for u. date in shop was 8/19/2011 call in 2 months with this problem. we worked on brakes installed alt belt and installed coil for miss fire and pa inspection. can't warranty any work that wasn't performed and your bill was only 665. thanks but no thanks for the reveiw\r

I took my 2001 Hyundai Accent in for repairs to the tune of about $1600 including the replacement of the engine oil pan. Coming home from work after getting the car back the oil light came on. I had to drive 1.2 miles to safely get off the highway. Added oil to the engine but in another 2 miles something went Bang and it lost power. I got home, jacked up the car and found the oil pan bolts were only hand tight and oil had leaked out . I called Ken and all he said was ""Do you want a price to install an engine""
Now I have a car with a blown engine that has a few hundred bucks of new parts.
I won't be going back to Kens.
