I had to deal with the manager and he was not to friendly. The place is dirty and the associates do not know too much. They push the warranty hard. I dealt with a woman in the appliances section and she was abrupt and rude. When I went to complain to the manager it seemed he was covering for her instead of helping the customer.

Best Buy is a great store for the latest and greatest in the vast world of electronics. Every electronic goodie imaginable is avalible at this store. Go visit today! I did and I loved it.

The Willow Grove Best Buy is spacious, with many aisles full of electronic merchandise. However, this particular Best Buy location has a few shortcomings that are difficult to overlook. This location refused to honor a warranty on a laptop that my father purchased for me there--the warranty was one offered with the merchandise by the store (it wasn't from the manufacturer, it was from Best Buy). I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service after I wrote a polite letter to the company and never received a reply. It's worth your time to trek up to the North Wales Best Buy instead, or try another electronics store in the area.
PROS: Large selection, well-lit parking
CONS: May not honor Best Buy-issued warranty
