I bought a jogging stroller here and needed to replace a lost tray. While the initial sale was problem free, getting the replacement part was a real hassle. The wrong part was ordered and I got the distinct impression that it was not worth their time or money to reorder the correct part for me. The manager didn't even believe me when I told him I bought my stroller there!! Clearly he didn't want to deal with such an insignificant sale. I eventually got the correct part but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

There is wonderful customer service here. I had a great experience being measured and fitted for a bike that was good for me. Along with all of the gear I would need to ride safely!
