After MANY thousands of dollars spent at Monro Muffler/ Brake Service, I tried getting a rim for my Nissan . 5 Trips and 11 days later, Ray Kassim wasn't even decent enough to call until after calling Monro's Corporate and also ,Incompetent office. AMAZING, how I qas able to get a rim in 4 hours from a RELIABLE company . NEVER AGAIN, Monro. bye, bye Ray and MONRO !

After MANY thousands of dollars spent at Monro Muffler/ Brake Service, I tried getting a rim for my Nissan . 5 Trips and 11 days later, Ray Kassim wasn't even decent enough to call until after calling Monro's Corporate and also ,Incompetent office. Will never go here again, ever. Horrible customer service over and over again. Every time, I gave the benefit of doubt that next time would be better. Should have gone with my gut feeling. In 2009 I got a new alternator in my car ($460). I drive less than 5,000 miles a year. They gave me a junk alternator, it was already going bad. We expected it to be replaced fully. There was absolutely no reason it should have gone bad this early (2011). We asked / told them to call before they replaced it, so we would know what they would be able to do and we could make a decision. They went right ahead and rebuild it with out calling us first like we asked them to do, and we are still expected to pay more than a fair price. This place is a joke and wish I would have spoke out earlier about them. I should have never gone back from the first time of them being rude to me.
