Strands Hair Salon

Not worth waiting for. The haircuts are so-so and for $75 it's way too much to pay. I waited over an hour because my hairdresser was running behind. If the haircuts were great I'd wait but they're not.

It's hard to find a place that cuts curly hair properly, and my friend had some really good experiences at Strands. The decor of the place is a bit bizarre and industrial, and the area is rather small, so if you're going to get your nails done, it's a bit cramped. If you're a regular who tips well, they'll squeeze you in on short notice, but if you're not particularly important and are slightly late, they'll turn you away.
