Borino Tire & Auto Ctr Inc

I heard a clinking noise in my car and took it to get looked at. Once there the man who was helping me took it for a ride and told me it was my muffler. I didn't that was it because the noise I was hearing sounded nothing like the noise he showed me. He arrogantly assured me it was my muffler and that that was the sound I was hearing. I decided to get a second opinion before dropping $200 on a new muffler. When I got home I took a look myself and saw that it was CLEARLY my rear strut making the noise. Now I know very little about cars and I was able to figure that out. I will never go to borino's again.

My name is Jacob Johnson. I have had nothing but terrific experiences with Borino Tire and Auto. When I think of their shop, two words come to mind: honest and kind. I can still remember waiting in the lobby for my vehicle, when a lady walked in and told one of the Borino brothers that she needed four new tires. He asked her to go out with him to take a look her tires. When they came back in, I overheard him say that she only needed two new tires, that the other two were still in fine shape. He could have sold her four tires, when she only needed two. Over and over again they have treated my family and me kindly, have always been honest when assessing the needs of my vehicle, and have charged us fairly. I highly recommend this business!

I am JAKE ,Manager at Borino Tire Pittston.The comments made by this person were disturbing.I researched before and after the date of her comment and found no record of her being at our garage.Could she have us confused with some other garage with the same name?We certainly do not recommend work on vehicles that is not necessary.We welcome her to contact us to clarify this situation.

I recently had repairs done at Borino's and was told I needed some parts for my car. I brought it to another garage In Wyoming pa and found out everything was fine except for my exhaust. They not only lied to me at Borino's but they almost took money for repairs that where not needed. I will never go there again.

I have used these folks for a number of years, brakes-tires-oil changes-electrical repairs. Without question a good group of honest guys-fair prices and nice waiting area at the new store in Pitts ton. I always deal with Jim, very easy to get work done .Jim TDuryea,pa

This garage has a nice waiting area, good & fast service. They are also reasonable pricing for the area. We have taken our vehicles here several times. They offer an air-conditioned child-friendly (coloring books, etc) waiting room, and a clean rest-room. They always have done a good job working on our cars.

Borino tire is a full automotive service. The staff is pleasant and helpful. You can get service fairly quickly and they explain the problem so you can understand it.
There is a large nice clean waiting area.
The working area is able to be seen though a large window in the waiting room so you can see if your car is being worked on.

The name is Borino Tire and Auto and they not only sell and install tires, as well as balancing, but do oil changes, suspensions, sell and install batteries, and shocks. They are a friendly group of men who do their job effeciently, and quickly. Their prices are comparable to others, but their quality of workmanship outweighs their competitors.
