Greshams Chop House

For a steak house, their italian dishes are excellent. My husband had the chicken marsala which was to die for and I had the pasta bolognese which was excellent. My son had a delmonico steak which was also excellent. The three of us had dinner for under a hundred dollars and we also had a few drinks. I don't get up to Lake Wallenpaupack that often but I will definately return to this restaurant. I would definately recommend..

In a great location, with average prices, a nice menu selection and impeccable service, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Gresham's Chop House recently. As it was a Saturday evening, we also enjoyed hanging out for a while to enjoy the entertainment in the bar area. Outside dining will also be availabe when the weather warms up. I highly recommend checking this place out. You can even Dock-n-dine if you come by boat.

If you're looking to hang out at the bar after the restaurant closes, do it at your own risk! It gets very packed and the music is so loud you can't hear yourself talk. No pool table, no shuffle board. The drinks are tasty though and the service is good. Average prices for a bar.

Gresham's Chop House needs a new chef and menu STAT. There is nothing unique or creative about the meat and potatoes menu. Even the dessert selection is just blah. Prices are okay. It is a good restaurant to bring bland picky eaters to since it caters to their taste buds.

PROS: Nice location, easy to find
CONS: Nothing special about food.
