Disgusting. Refuse to go there

I have refused to go to this theater for the past few years. Last time I went the seats were falling apart, springs were sticking out of the seats, it was dirty, there were people loitering. I didn't even feel safe walking from the theater to my car. The only plus is that the moves are only $1.00.
PROS: Price
CONS: Dirty, unsafe
