Leone's Flowers & Gifts

Funeral flowers were ordered over the phone for my aunt and we found the customer service very helpful and we got exactly what the person had said we would get and the delivery was made on time the flower were very fresh and the arrangements were beautiful ,I will definitely use this florist in the future.

To be honest, after learning about the excessive delivery charges and lack of flexibility, I did not order the flowers, so I am not qualified to rate the quality of the flowers. However, I will share my experience.

I wanted to deliver a particular stuffed dog and flowers to someone in Shadyside, and since Leone's did not have the stuffed dog I wanted, I arranged to buy the stuffed dog from SS Randall's (it's a wonderful toy store in Shadyside) over the phone and asked Leone's to simply pick it up and deliver it along with the flowers. Leone's is in Shadyside and so was the apartment that I wanted everything delivered to, and the whole trip including the stop at the Toy Store was only .8 miles (a 3 minute drive according to Google). For delivery Leone's wanted to charge me $18. I explained that the stop and delivery location was very close and couldn't take more than 20 minutes so I thought $18 was unreasonable for delivery. The person I was speaking to condescendingly stated "we need to pay people to do things" and "I don't know where you are, but over here gas is expensive". I would have understood if the delivery price was fixed by management so that particular sales person could not have offered a better price, but I was offended by his attitude and will definitely not consider ordering from Leone's ever.

Leones Florists did the flower in one of my relatives wedding.They did an excellent job with the decoration.The flowers were very beutiful & fresh.The colors & the decoration blew out everyone.It was that fantastic.Their price was also affordable & i know that becausei was given responsible to deal with the payment for their work.

What a fast, friendly business! They take care of you quickly and deliveries are always on time! A great business knows the needs of it's customers, and this is no exeption. Same day services make this a great floral shop!
