Starbucks

This is the closest Starbucks to my work, that is a plus, but the rest of it is in my opinion terrible,

The following is my personal opinion on teh place: Long lines, usually only one cashier in the morning (busiest time). Barrista has a hard time keeping the drink orders straight and filling them. Ice drinks (coffe and Tea) and the Loooongest wait . And they have a weird and unique Refill policy . the policy is not posted anywhere. If you ask for a refill they will put you thru the 3rd degree. were you in the cafe in the last hour?, did you leave and come back?, and since they don;t print receipts you can't prove it. and with a cold drink review...they are the only SB location with the "..we don;t refill cold drinks in the plastic cups because it is against a City law..."..cut me a break. The place is staffed by arrogant, uppity, slow staff.

Cons: Slow Staff, Arogant Cashiers and weird Refill Policy

Ok starbucks are starbucks. However this starbucks seating area is in the lobby of the Phoenix building built in 1925. Great place to read a paper under natural light and sip a mocha.

This is the best Starbucks I have been to ever...............
