I have had many experiences with Pascoe homes in the past and found they always cut corners and build junk homes. To top it off they do no repairs afterwards and let the homeowner assume all the costs. They are a very slimy company and need to learn that these days we had better get what we pay for

My wife and I purchased a $300k+ Pascoe home in Cranberry PA in November of 2007 and ever since have been regretting it. The neighborhood is wonderful, but the home itself is a nightmare.
We have substantial water issues - water literally pours in during the heavy rains, drafty windows and doors that leak every time it rains hard or snows, terrible insulation, and generally poor build quality evidenced throughout. Keep in mind this house is only 7 years old. We are currently $30k out of pocket on the installation of our french drains and foundation repair/waterproofing because the builder in question couldn't do it right the first time around. There are literally gaps of 1"+ in the framing around the front door, the walls behind the front have seems that were not mortared, the wall itself behind the stoop was left entirely untreated, the the wall on the front side of the stoop has a hole where the downspout exits that is literally an inch wider all the way around than the downspout itself - you guessed it, unsealed - that has been inviting water in now for 7 years, the seam between the stoop and the house was left unsealed, etc.
Every exterior spigot leaks, the dryer vent pipe was cut approximately 4" short of the vent itself and buried behind the insulation in the basement, 2 of the bathroom vents were cut too short and were blowing the exhaust into the attic, we are having both electrical and plumbling problems (admittedly minor but problems nonetheless), the list goes on.
The worst part about it is that after our initial conversations with Kenny Pascoe, where we informed him of the water issue only, they have been entirely unresponsive refusing to return any of our dozens of phone calls or e-mails. Since that time, we have come to find out that no fewer that 7 homes on our street alone are Pascoe built with the same water issue. In a development where i would imagine they put up at least 30-40 homes, there is no telling how many more there are.

Pros: Very few, build quality is poor throughout

Cons: Too many to list...read the review for a sampling
