I came in to look at a certified preowned vehicle I had found on the Toyota preowned website. I took it for a test drive, came back and went inside to go over the price. As all salesmen say, it was up to his sales manager to negotiate a reasonable offer. I didn't even give a specific offer just what I had seen as a range on the website. He left the office area for about 10 minutes, came back with 2 pieces of paper both calculating monthly payments at 2 different APR rates with various amounts of deposits to show a monthly payment. The price used for these calculations was the price shown on the website with an aftermarket amount added on to it, of course raising the sale price of the car. He also had a paper printed from a website (not the one I was using) showing 1 other vehicle similar to the one I drove and said to be careful on the internet because this vehicle isn't the model listed. He said I hope you find what you are looking for. That was it! He didn't even say thanks for stopping by.
I was told on the phone and once again in the office, that this dealership is a high volume sales office, the price is marked to sell. Ok I get that but to not even offer to show me something else that may have been in my price range? This made me feel like I wasn't worth their time (including the sales manager) and I guess since they are a high volume sales office, they didn't need my money. So guess what they didn't get it.........I bought at another Toyota dealership that treated me with respect!
I did write to Barry Zurck who I thought was the Manager of the Sales group and copied my email to the owner, just stating my experience as I did above and they didn't care enough to respond. So if this is the treatment you want, go for it. I have been working in customer service for over 20 years and this is not the way to treat paying customers.

We have learned that there is no 'team' in Team Toyota.
I am sitting here sick to my stomach over an incident that occurred this morning. My husband had spoken with a salesman several days ago regarding a car. In short, his experience with the salesman was good- he trusted him, and at his word, we were going back today to make the purchase. At no time was my husband asked to put a deposit down to hold the car to prevent it from being sold.

Apparently, we had missed a call this morning and happily made our long trek to purchase the car. Upon the arrival, we saw the car out front- I wondered why but my husband said, "They know we're coming to purchase." I had never met the salesman before but saw him woefully standing there as we entered telling my husband he needed to apologize. My heart sunk because I quickly realized the car had been sold to someone else. I watched my husband sink to a seat speechless as he heard those words uttered. The salesman's apology seemed sincere; he seemed upset as well and mortified to have to tell us.

After regaining composure, my husband asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very insincere and obviously still in sales mode. He had the poor salesman come back out with an inequitable offer regarding a single car. Being the logistical one, I felt insult had now been added to injury because there was nothing being 'made up' to us but that we would pay more for a car with 25,000 more miles and 2 years older.

At some point, you would hope management would pay more than lip service rather than continue to ask 'So what do you think about this other car?" Ultimately, we decided it was better to walk away rather than give them a 'win' when we felt a loss.

If this is the way that management handles their customers, then shame on them. They got their sale from whoever they allowed to steal the car out from under us, so we were not about to give them a second one. The stereotypical 'used car salesman' (management in this case, not the actual salesman) Team Toyota may have prevailed in scoring a goal for their half of the team, but our Team Family won the game, and we don't mind letting everyone we know find out about the bad sportsmanship of the 'team' we thought we were a part of.

Lesson learned: With Team Toyota, word is not good enough (even when you are asked for nothing else), and there is no 'you' in Team Toyota.

I purchased a 2012 Camry, which is the second Camry I have bought from Team Toyota. The sales person was very helpful and offered a fair price for my trade in and a fair price for the new Camry I bought. I would recommend to a friend interested in buying a new car to seriously consider talking with Team Toyota. I was pleased with the process and enjoying my new car.

David Gould is the consummate salesperson. He is sincere, respectful, courteous and extremely helpful. The same can be said of Greg Paros and Ray Romano. Nobody was ever pushy and David did not try to steer us towards this or that deal. he worked with us all the way to get us what we wanted and could afford.

This was my first car buying experience and it was absolutely incredible. My sales woman, Sharon, was amazing. She was so personable and helpful the entire time. Everybody that I worked with while there was so nice. It's hard to get a dealership to take a 20 year old girl seriously about buying a car but they took me very seriously and made this experience wonderful.

The sales and service peaple are bunch of liers. I had very bad experience from both the dept. which will make me keep away from them forever. They all speak different things on same subject and no one knows what is correct and lie like hell. Never trust them, better run away.

WORST EVER!!!! In 94 bought 4Runner there (when they first opened). I was servicing my car there for years. They had to take off my dash to fix something that was recalled. I got my car back and the dash had screw driver indent marks all over it! They had to replace dash. Another time I was waiting for my oil change for almost 3 hours!!!! I got my car back went to work and noticed that they put a ding on my car where they layed their tools which took off paint - they fixed it up with touch-up paint!!!! Another time they took off the paint with a tool they laid on my car ... they ordered me a small bottle of touch up paint which I had to put on myself. Next, My car had around 30,000 miles and Toyota had a timing belt recall. I went in to have them put another on. A few years later I took my car to another place for an oil change and they had problems taking off the oil filter.... it was the original one from 1994!!! They never ever changed it all the times I went there and paid for it. Also, I started having engine problems, my mechanic told me that who ever put on the timing belt over tightened it and it caused all my problems.

So much for spending 34,000 on a car that they have no knowledge of how to maintainin!

After dealing with the parts department they had a nasty attitude and lied about their name after I spoke to a manager there was no Bob that worked there. I tried to give them a second chance to buy rear axle seal and they were not helpful and tried sell their service. I will not buy parts or a car there.

I just purchased a Yaris from Team Toyota and the experience was better then I would expect. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and decided to purchase that day. Steve Larson showed me around and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He was more then helpful and not pushy at all.
Everyone I know that is looking for a car I tell them how happy I am with my Toyota and that they should go to Steve Larson.

I purchased a new vehicle from Team Toyota. For some reason, they could only find one key. After a lengthy wait, I received the second key in the mail. The key did not work. I notified Team Toyota that the key did not work and that I would be taking it to my local Toyota dealer as Team is over an hour from my house. The key needed a battery and had to be programmed. It cost me $69 which I asked Team Toyota to reimburse. They said NO. Tom Muller, the GM, instructed them not to pay.

This was my first new car purchase and this dealer was half a** all the way. Maybe it was because I look very young for my age, but I felt that they thought I was dumb and would give them every cent of my money for a new car with problems. First I ordered the car in July and was called in to pick it up only to discover that someone from the detail shock ripped the car badge off the vehicle, damaging the paint, and then attempted to cover it up with the dealer logo hoping I take the car off the lot without noticing. Further, the front bumper paint near the head light was chipped off pretty bad and the general sales manager had the nerve to say that is a normal problem, common, and comes from factory like that? OK, so was I suppose to say, "Ok, here is 23,000 dollars for an almost perfect car?" What upset me the most was that they tried to cover it up and were not up front, therefore disrespecting me. Finally, they apologize then offer to paint the car? OK, well do I get a couple of thousand off if I accept that? No, they said. Next, I convinced them to give a me another car with everything I ordered on it, they agree. Two weeks later, go to pick up and again half ass. Another chip on the trunk (but they agreed to fix later), I took the car out of frustration. Returned for paint, left at dealer, went to pick up and the interior plastic molding in the truck was broken, and the entire interior was destroyed with dirt/dust, even a footprint on my rear black fabric seats, by the tech that worked on my car and they tried to cover up the broken plastic and told me that all there cars get that much dirt in them because of all the dust generated by the body shop. Thank goodness I checked first as I would have had to buy and fix the plastic molding myself. As far as the dirt in the car, they would not clean and I had to spend 3 hours cleaning the interior of a new car I had in my possesion for no more than 2 days, plus the new car smell was no longer there because it was replace with the stinch of paint. Further, I had the breaks check for an obvious noise and the tech claims he cannot hear it. Long story short, this dealers service is the worst and I would not recommend getting any work done here as they will most likely do a half a** job and damage something else in great condition in the process and put the blame on you if not caught before you take the car from them. Plus, do not waste money on their extended warranty as they have not honored my factory warranty at all.

I went in to find out an estimate for a "leak in my oil pan". After waiting for the estimate I was told I needed new boots and axles as well. I wanted a second opinion. I went to another Toyota dealership. Turns out the oil leak was it and since it had been leaking it just made the axles look dirty. What kind of place with experts gives you such a high price to fix a your only mode of transportation. I will never go back!

Just call Team Toyota and ask for Steve Larson. He's the best. No hassle, just straight talk from someone who cares about you and your car shopping experience. You'll find no better dealership than Team Toyota and no better salesperson than Steve.

I shopped five dealerships before buying at Team in langhorne. They were the only dealership that that gave me fair numbers on their car and my trade right out the gate. I wish i would have gone there first but i live in center city philadelphia, and there are dealerships closer to me. it was worth the 15 minute drive up I 95 and i've been going there for service too. If you've never shopped there, you've got to see their place. the service department is cleaner than my house and has everything most service places don't. A cafe, a large lounge with big screens and great seating. a theatre, and best of all a huge kids room with all types of things to make the wait fly by. My kids cried when we had to leave.

We recently purchased our RAV4 at Team Toyota in Langhorne, PA. We agreed on a quote over the telephone and they stuck to it when we met with them in person. (Unlike many other dealers There were no games, hassles, or add ons, just fair pricing and good customer service. We would recommend visiting their dealership. We are going to try their new service facility for our maintenance needs.

I have a bad experience and want you to be careful.I went for oil/filter change regular service @8PM, I waited for approx 30 minutes, paid for the service and got the car back.

It's after two days I started getting low oil engine light. I had to go to another service center and found that oil change was not done at all. my car was almost out of oil and they didn't do oil change and check light started coming up.I complained and talked to few people working there. It seems they are in rush to go home in the late evening and this kind of serious mistake can happen.. You make sure that oil change sticker is changed just for sure (mine was not changed ).that's only bad experience I've but I will not go there again.
