I found employment through Russoli though it was quite a few years ago. I found them to be very helpful. Actually they helped me secure a position that I had sent a resume on my own through a newspaper ad and was waiting to hear from. I remember them calling me quite a few times and I can't think of anything negative. In fact I know I have since recommended them to others.

After scanning the Russoli Website and seeing lots of jobs I was qualified for, I went to their offices with a resume. They made me wait for a long time without even a hello, then made me fill out a form. This all took about a half hour. Then they told me there probably wasn't any work for me. I asked about the jobs listed on their Website and was told I wasn't qualified for any of those. At least it didn't cost anything, but I left feeling worse about my job prospects than when I went in.
