I have had all of the maintenance on my car performed at the dealership. I have found the mechanics to be very thorough and they take the time to explain what work is going to be performed and the cost involved. Although the mechanic hourly rate is higher than some of the smaller garages, I have never had a problem with the work they performed and Iike the added peace of mind of having mechanics who only speacilize in my make of car doing the work.

We were in and out in no time and they got us just what we wanted. We got a great used car and they gave us a 2 year warranty on it. The salesman was not pushy at all and really helped us out. They had a great selection to choose from to. If we had a choice in a dealer for a used car again this would be the first place we would go.

We bought a used Echo from their used car center, and it's been running without a single problem 18 months later. I've taken the car to the Lancaster Toyota service department for routine oil changes, and they've been helpful and professional in giving me tips for my car.

I've heard that some of their repair prices are outlandish, but it's probably your fault if your Toyota or Mazda breaks down!

PROS: Everything except the prices
CONS: Extreme costs for repair

We have purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership. We have had absolutely no problems (recall or otherwise) with these vehicles. The service department is wonderful. They are very accomodating with scheduling appointments and sending out reminder cards and they have been very thorough with all the routine maitenance work they have done.
