In Need of Professional Staff and a Makeover
by Viola L.
This spa is in dire need of a makeover. The interior is dull, and worn out looking. The front desk staff are not very professional or inviting. They seem to preoccupied with their own personal conversations. My esthetician did a great job on my facial, eyebrows, and manicure. During my manicure someone from the front desk placed a post it note on the workspace letting the person know someone was coming in at 3:30 for a manicure. From that point on I felt like the esthetician rushed through the remainder of my manicure and changed her demeanor towards me. I have been to better spas in the US and abroad.

Total relaxation & pampering...from the moment I pulled up to the door...valet parking (complimentary), warm, professional greeting by staff & unbelievable massage & facial. I can't wait to try the hair salon...I've already scheduled my cut & color next week!

Old Fashioned and Disappointing
by Anonymous
Having visited many spas and salons both here and overseas I am disappointed with my experiences at Millennium Hair and Day Spa. The front desk staff are preoccupied and unfriendly, the decor is old fashioned and uninviting. The spa estheticians are excellent but unfortunately the building and reception staff are unavoidable and extremely lacking in professionalism and customer service skills. Do not expect any extra frills for your money here. Very Disappointing.

Simply amazing.

Finally, I have found an amazing salon/ spa. After traveling all over the city and main line, Millennium is definitely at the top of my list and i will not go anywhere else. After an amazing cut/ color with Geralyn, and a manicure with Sonny, I have already made my next appointment. Although pricey, you truly do get what you pay for. Millennium is a must see!

When I go to get a massage I want to relax and forget about the outside world. The spa has a very relaxing setting and the massage I had was wonderful. The tech did everything to make me relax but it was hard to drown out the outside noise. The spa is located in a busy shopping mall.

Great cut & color
by Luckydog73
I love my colorist (Monica) and my stylist (Risha). They are truly the genesis of tons of compliments on my hair every year. I've been with both of them for years and can't imagine anyone else taking care of my tresses. Maia is a terrific esthetician -- especially for those of us with really sensitive skin. My only complaint is that the salon doesn't turn away customers who arrive really late for appointments. Unless I'm the first appointment of the day, there's a good chance I'll be waiting 20 minutes beyond my appointment time for a cut. Be VERY clear with the front desk if you don't have time to spare.
Pros: Love my colorist & stylist
Cons: Appointments sometimes last for a long time

Best Cut, Color and Blowdry
by Becca3
I have to say, Jon Bryan is an amazing person. He made me feel so gorgous. I never had such a wonderful haircut and my color is out of this world. I recommend him to anyone, any hair type and any color. He is awesome! Oh yes and his BlowDry is incredible. My hair never felt so good!

What a place to begin your Birthday
by lizzie13
It was my birthday and I decided to spend the morning with the Millennium staff. I am so happy that I started my day off there. From the time you walk in the door to the time that you leave..you will be treated with nothing but royal treatment. From the massage (Johnathan), to a facial, and spa pedicure (Sonny), you feel like a brand new person. If you are looking for a place to call your SPA HOME...look no further Millennium has everything that you need and more. You are guarenteed to love this place and will keep coming back for more. Enjoy!!!

Finally!
by fkatzlivstone
I've been living in Philadelphia for four years and I finally found a wonderful place for nails, etc. After trying salons/spas all over center city, including Toppers, Adolf Bieker and that place at the Bellevue, I am so happy to have found Millenium! Kim gives the best manicure and I am told that Sonny is terrific too!
Pros: Friendly & courteous, open 7 days/week, good parking
