Highly disappointed with Drexel Hill Pediatrics overall. The billing office is a complete mess. They have extreme difficulty tracking payments and keeping accurate records. all I can say is hold on to your receipts you may receive a bill a year later for a copay that was previously paid! I have already removed my children and have started at Nemours. This is after over 6 years of just "okay" service and often misinformation. Dr Warner I felt was very rude and very short with my child and I would never see him again. The list starts with incorrect nursing diagnosis over the phone and ends with a prescription for an allergy medication when an ENT referral should've been made. Good thing I have personal choice and could do a self referral or my child would still be snoring and plagued by apnea.

this place sucks! worst peds office i have ever been to!! Dr. Rollnick is the only nice one and the only who actually takes her time to explain things to you. i would NEVER recommend anyone to go there, the front desk is ok the waiting area is filthy and so are the rooms. the other doctors are ok but some i feel do not know what they are talking about and some do not care to spend the time with you. the MA's some are very professionaly and the others are young and immature and should NOT be working in the medical field let alone in a pediatric office! i am thoroughly discusested with the office and the managers are NO help what-so-ever!

I love this office. Dr Soppas is the absolute best! We primarily see Dr Soppas but have have seen Dr Warner and Dr Rolnik too. Dr Warner is surprisingly knowledgable about breastfeeding! Dr Rolnik not so much. Didn't have a great visit with her - she's very, very nice but talked about introducing formula to my two DAY old whom I was breastfeeding (and still am without ever using formula).
The office is clean and staff is friendly. I like that they have a sick waiting room and a healthy waiting room.
Highly recommend Dr Soppas and Dr Warner!

I like this office only because of Dr. Advani! I love her and if she was somewhere else I would follow! The office staff are rude and miserable. I wait about 1/2 for my sons shot every well visit! They seem disorganized and with this new online thing is making my point for me! I called 3 times last week to put my email on my kids' file so i can use the site and they still haven't done it! Again I love Advani and she is the only doctor I rated!!!

I left Kids first and came to Drexel Hill Peds!! I really like their office but I dont like every Doc!!
Dr Rollnick is the best! Very caring, and genuinely interested in my kids health!
Nurse Practitioner Christine Calamaro, great with the kids!!
Lots of Docs there, not all as good or caring!
The good thing is , its your choice who you want.
other than that -great hours, always fits you in, etc....

We went to Drexel Hill Pediatrics for the first time and loved it. After moving in this area we transferred our son from Society Hill Pediatrcs, so we had high expectations. After the first visit to Drexel Hill Pediatrics and meeting with Dr. Advani, we must say Dr. Advani exceeded our expectations. We read the reviews and consulted with a friend and Dr. Advani is really good. We are happy we chose Drexel Hill Pediatrics for our son's well-being.

I went to Drexel Hill Pediatrics from the time I was little until I was 18 (I didnt want to leave)! Dr. Advani and Dr. Rolnik were always the drs we chose to see, if they treated adults I would continue to see them today :) I always felt like Dr. Advani had a personal interest in my family and Dr. Rolnik was a very gentle, caring doctor. We never had a bad experience here, I am now pregnant with my first child and I look forward to bringing him to Drexel Hill Peds.

I am a very particular person and quite choosy about health care providers. I have always had great experiences at DHPA since my son was born in 2007. We primarily see Dr. Soppas and chose her because she is a certified lactation consultant. She was a tremendous help when my son was born and wasn't breastfeeding well. Dr. Browngoehl is also great. I've found that my questions have always been answered to the extent that I desired even though the visits are short. The practice is very efficiently run, and we've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. Also, they do a good job of seeing sick kids the same day and have late-night and weekend hours. I would highly highly recommend this practice.

We brought our children out of the way to get to this office because it was highly recommended to us. Dr. Asha Advani met our expectations! She takes a genuine interest and concern in both of our children. Also recommended are Drs. Johnson and Rolnik. They took their time to go over such things as teeth, weight, vitamins, and other essentials in quality care. They also answered a bunch of our questions, which is probably common among new parents. I feel very comfortable with these doctors.

Dr. Soppas, however, I'm not sure I'd recommend. After a fairly grueling 40 minute wait IN THE EXAMINING ROOM WITH TWO KIDS she came in unapologetically and acted very hastily in her examination. She didn't speak to us or give us any info about what she was documenting. She didn't ask if we had any questions. In general, she didn't seem to take an interest in her patients and we're talking about very young children. As a new parent it was rather disconcerting.

So overall, I would still recommend them. Just make sure you ask what doctor your child will be visiting.

I went to this office for years. There's one thing I've learned, once you find a physician there that you like, stick with them. I never liked most of the male doctors, they never seemed to interested in my problems. But I will recommend Dr. Asha Advani. She was my favorite there, and extremely good with children of all ages. Overall, the office is very good and they know what they are doing. Just make sure if you don't like the doctor, to ask for one that you like or just a different on.

This was the most unprofessional medical practice we've ever encountered. The (student) nurse practitioner who interviewed my wife and son was utterly clueless -- and carried on a very demeaning conversation with the pediatrician within earshot of us. She opined that our son was hyperactive (!) because he was simply curious about the surroundings in a new physician's office, and a little anxious about seeing a new doctor. The "doctor" offered that a child of our son's age "couldn't possibly" have gastric reflux -- even though two other doctors have diagnosed this very complaint. He's been taking small doses of Zantac, as needed, for two years. Our first visit to this absurd mill of a practice was our last.

Both of my children have seen the doctors at this practice and we all couldn't be more pleased. The doctors listen to your concerns and answer all questions you may have without having a superior attitude. I feel they truly care. The girls at the front counter are also friendly, which is hard to find anywhere anymore.

PROS: world class pediatricians
CONS: none
