Excellent service. I brought my beretta in because I was told by another mechanic that a cylinder was bad and that my car needed extensive and expensive engine repair. When that mechanic never got back to me on a price (A job that may have costed $1500) I brought my car to Authorized. They did all the checks and balances to find the real cause of my engine problems, it turned out not to be a cylinder at all and also corrected some other problems left by past mechanics. They gave me an estimate, and the estimate was exactly what I paid for and nothing more, they even showed me all of the replaced parts to boot! Thanks Authorized!
