I thought the days of high pressure tactics at dealers was over. Not at Century III Chevrolet. A good friend of mine ended up buying his car there and had the very worst experience with the whole sales process. How they stay in business with their reputation is beyond me. If you are looking for a new car stay away from them. There are many other reputable dealers out there who are willing to treat you fairly and would love to have your business. If people refused to be treated this way by a car dealer they would go out of business so when you are looking for a new car patronize anyone else but these crooks.

pushy sales people, new car needs to have work done and cannot fit into thier schedule. Does not allow rentals for overnights even if you work. not willing to work with repeat customers. lost my business.

Very pushy. Alot of haggling and wasted time running back and forth to the manager. Very sneaky. The salesman left his phone on speakerphone so he and his manager could hear our discussion while he was gone. When I declined their best offer and went to leave 2 employees blocked the doors while the manager ran over. I started to make a scene and they let me leave but chased me in the rain to my car. We went down the road to Dean Honda and got courteous service and bottom line pricing. We declined their best price until we could do a little more research which they gladly accepted. A few days later we got a Honda Accord EX and couldn't be happier.
