been going to get my hair done there for couple yrs perms hair color an hair cuts to bad im moving outa state will miss going there an a reply back to persons said they had a bad experience there for nails ... helloo lady go to a nail place not hair place they dont get the turn overs like nail places do!! keep up good work !

I received a gift certificate to the Hair Em for a manicure and pedicure. It was a birthday gift from a friend. I was so excited to use the gift certificate, but I didn't end up with very good results. First, the manicurist overflowed the foot tub. Bubbles and water were going everywhere, and she had to keep scooping them out of the tub. She had put too much in there. Then the manicure and pedicure paint job was very poorly done. There were so many bubbles in the nail polish, and she got polish on my cuticles and around my nails. I was not impressed with this service.
