I took my son to Hollowood Music to get some new accessories for his guitar, and the sales staff was excellent. They spent time with my son, showing him new products, but at the same time they didn't try to sell us outrageously priced items. They showed us products from a wide range of pricing, which I appreciated.

I went to Hollowood Music and Sound to buy some gear, and what makes me like this store so much is the selection, but also the customer support. The salesman are knowledgeable and very accommodation to what I would like to try out, but they never "push" me into making a purchase. The entire shop/purchase process is very low key and easy going, which is what I like when I am searching for the "just right" instrument.

I was on the website and saw some info on the Peavey Vypyr guitar. I went to the store and the sales guy set me up with the guitar to give it a try along with an awesome Peavey amp. The guitar rocks and the sales guy was very helpful. I liked that the store let me take my time trying the guitar out and asking questions. The sales team is very knowledgeable about the instruments they sell too.

I recently visited your website and read your article on the 2009 NAMM Convention and thought it was pretty cool. I noticed you had the EVH Wolfgang guitar in stock so I had to stop in the store to check it out. The guitar is awesome and thought it was cool to play it plugged into the EVH amp as well. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the sales staff too when i had several questions regarding the guitar. I like knowing that the person I am purchasing an instrument from has complete knowledge of what it is they're selling to me.

I recently visited the Pittsburgh area and visited Hollowood Music and Sound for my nephew's guitar strings. The store and sales representatives are really nice, but what struck me as more impressive is how knowledgeable they are. Not to mention how personable. My nephew takes lessons here as well and really shows an enthusiasm to guitar. I don't have any need for music gear, except for the occasional birthday or holiday purchase for my nephew, but I will use AND recommend Hollowood's online store to anyone I hear of looking for music equipment.

This is a great store to visit if you are in the market for a musical instrument and/or accessories of any kind. Hollowood has a great selection of items ranging from guitars, amps, accessories, keyboards and so much more. Their prices are competitive too.
