This place has the WORST customer sevice i have ever seen. The receptionists are very arrogant and rude especially this one older women that works the front desk usually, she has the worst attitude and gets very nasty with the customers i will be calling to file a complaint on her. The waiting time is very long. Honestly i get better customer service at some McDonalds. Don't recommend anyone to come to this place.
Cassey's Optical is conveniently located. It is bright and spacious with busy, attentive staff. I had alot of trouble getting a proper fit, however.
Dr. Cassey is very thorough. If you buy your glasses from Cassey's, they make them on site and back their product. I always pay the extra to go out of network because I am confident that if I have a problem, they will fix it quickly.
Went here for the first time and enjoyed my experience. Great selection of frames. They spend a lot of time with you when you pick out frames and they don't rush you like other places. They made an error the first time they order my new lenses but they quickly fixed it.
The doctors here will spend 40 minutes on your first eye exam. They take the time to make sure you're getting good care. When it's time to choose frames, you'd better have some time to spend - what a selection. The employees are pleasant, and they work to satisfy you..

I have been going to Cassey's Optical for years. I even moved an hour away and still make the trip to go to them. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices on frames. The eye doctors are always very honest and upfront with you.

My husband and I have Davis Vision Insurance. IF you have it, you'd know what lousy service and selection you get when you walk into an optician's office and you tell them you have Davis Vision. In one store in Media, a lady handed me a box with a bunch of crappy glasses thrown into as if to tell me, "the regular people get to pick from the shelves, but YOU can have a crappy pair from this box." Cassey's was not like this at all. They treated me with respect and kindness and they even had a display with many frames to choose from that were in wonderful condition. I found a great pair of fashionable frames with my insurance. The Doctors (both mine and my husband's) were skilled and knowlegable and the office staff friendly. The appointment was on time and I got my glasses in a timely fashion without the extra pressure to buy more options. I highly recommend this store.
