We are not in the business of being slow to respond to anyones needs. We do not know who Isfly02 is and their concerns were not presented to us at the time of service. I apologize to them if their experience was not up to their expectations and we welcome the chance to rectify any problems

I have used them several times in the past three years and every time I ask myself--- "Why did I go to Sir Speedy??"

Here are a few things that they have done in the past:
*Omitted a piece of information that was on the original document (this was for an invitation and they took off the RSVP phone number) while creating the document
*I have sent a file in through their send a file database online and I called a week later and their response was "Well you should have gotten a proof within 24-48 hours, so if you didn?t we never got it" and this is after I got an email in my email inbox that said they had received my file. Please tell me how it is my fault that they did not respond to me a week later.
*They have messed up the order of a packet I wanted created and there was no apology or discount
* They have used a font that was incorrect
* I have been away for business and they were supposed to drop off one of my documents I had them do and I came back and they had not dropped them off yet, when I called them to ask where they were they said they did not know they were supposed to drop them off and I was supposed to pick them up (even though when I submitted the document I purposely asked them for delivery since I knew I was going to be away on business)

My best advice is to not use them and to make the trip to staples/ office max because they are cheaper and more reliable!!! And they don't blame you for their mistakes!

Pros: Offer a wide variety of services

Cons: Slow, Bad customer service, they blame you when they mess up, slow response on getting back to you, I don't recommend them at all
