We had eaten at Bella Cena twice and suggested that two other couples join us for dinner there. What a nightmare!!
The service was beyond poor--it was almost scary. The waiter came up after our appitizers and asked if we wanted anything

Cena Bella's has delicious food and great service! The atmosphere is really nice, and they have an outdoor seating area! The prices are reasonable too.

Best meal - and experience - I've had in years! Our waiter Jason did everything to make us feel like Italian royalty-including setting up an extra table outside, brewing fresh tea and comping the dessert when the other desserts ran out.

Jason, our host and server made a humid evening in Philadelphia magical and wondrous. I'm not sure that I've had a better meal in four to six years. I had the lasagna which melted in my mouth, literally - while the rest of my party

Primadonna (one word, not two) is BYO although they also have a bar, a definite plus as far as we're concerned. Situated a stone's throw from the Kimmel Center, it's a natural choice for a pre-concert dinner. However, on two occasions when we've been promised that we'd be out in time for a concert and we've made reservations leaving ample time for a relaxed meal, we literally have had to run down the street to avoid being late for our concert.

The food is good, not outstanding, and the service can be spotty. That being said, you're always assured of a warm welcome and there are times when you leave quite satisfied. Consistency is not the name of the game.
