Obviously, if you're looking for a fantastic breakfast in Pittsburgh, you go to Pam's. You'll get good food at all the locations, but the best are in the Strip and Oakland. The food is always prepared better at these two locations and the menus are more complete. I'd recommend the strawberry hotcakes or Tex-Mex omelet.

I love this place!! Classic food, and the vanilla Coke is to DIE for! The Linconburger was great too. The prices are great, and you get a ton of food!

I know tons of people that love Pamela's, but I just don't get it! It's super greasy, and the "butter" they use (on everything!) is this weird orange stuff in a squeeze bottle.
One word: ick.

I always end up taking my friends to Pamela's for Sunday breakfast. Though there's usually a wait, it's well worth it. The corned beef hash and crepe pancakes are unusual and delicious items, and the rest of the breakfast menus is delightful as well. Neat 50s atmosphere and fast service makes this place a classic!
