Horrible experience all around, from the food to the customer service. We bought a pizza tonight that cost $18 and was completely burnt on the bottom and sides. We called and they told us that that is "just the way our pizza is - dark." When we argued that this couldn't possibly be the case (and some of us had actually eaten their pizza before) they offered up a 10% off coupon for next time -- how generous after selling us a burnt pizza! We even brought it back in to show them how bad it was and although they backed off from the argument that that's how it's supposed to be, the manager still told us that she was "not allowed" to give us any of our money back. So if you don't want to pay almost $20 for a pizza you can't eat, and then be completely dismissed when you voice your displeasure at it... AVOID V&S.
Great food! I've never had bad food from here. All of the workers are great and really friendly. They have the best chicken cheesesteaks. You can get whatever you want on your sandwiches, and they'll custom make them. Great food, great service!

I love the chicken cheese steak sandwich from V & S.One can custom make it & that is really great.
The sandwiches are fresh & the staff is courteous.
I also like their french fries.I think that they are the best fries in town.
They should plan on expanding to the Mall location.

V&S Sandwich shops offer subs, pizza, salads, and desserts. A small sub will tame a hungry tummy. The offer specials: 3 large subs for $13.99 which could possibly feed 6 people. The french fries are the best in town, thick and meaty. They offer dine in or take out and are priced reasonable

My husband has to have his monthy fix of V & S. My kids love their subs, and I cant get enough of the breaded mushrooms. The building itself is rather small, and crowded with alot of yelling and people. The grill is open for people to see which is really neat for kids.
