AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I took my truck there in response to a recall notice about the straps around the fuel tank. In replacing those straps, they nicked my brake line. My regular mechanic caught this and replaced the line. I contacted Champion's service manager, Cole, to be reimbursed for this expense. He asked me to bring the brake line for him to see. He looked at and said it has rust and denied any responsibility. A competent mechanic would never have nicked the brake line in the first place , let a lone let the truck drive off of the lot damaged.

I just bought a F-150 from them. Overall, good experience. Jerry was the salesman I dealt with and he was very easy going and soft spoken. He wasn't pushy at all, unlike Planet Ford (I-45 location). I ended up getting a decent deal (8500 off) on a truck that I wanted which I couldn't find at any other dealerships. Needless to say, I'm happy and got what I wanted.

The staff was not pushy and all, very nice and easy to work with. They also have no problems accepting cash for payment.

Wow! What a pleasant experience! I am now a regular at Champion Ford Service. It's fast, efficient and reasonable. I think this Ford/Volvo dealer realizes the importance of a dealership's service department. Pleased that the have instituted a 'quick change' oil/lube service. Keep up the good work.

Service department ripped me off, I took my car in under warranty and when they tried to charge me $600.00 for a TUNE UP! They said they would have to start there in order to determine what was wrong?I am not the type to say this but..I think it was because they thought I was a dumb female. and treated me like one. When I told them not to do anything and I would pick it up that day?when I picked it up it cost me $150.00 . and later that day I found a large dent on the side of my car that was NOT there before I took it in and when I did have an honest mechanic fix it for $75.00 he said that they should have saw right away that it was a spark plug wire melted. He also stated that someone put way to much Transmission fluid in it and if I would have keep driving it like that it would have ruined the transmission in no time.

STAY AWAY from the SERVICE DEPAETMENT!

I actually had to find my own parts...the parts department was clueless. I contacted Volvo directly, they found the parts for them and Volvo provided me with an update, not the dealership! I am having the work done elsewhere!! The Volvo service consultant...I believe there is only one...is rude and not customer service oriented. He proudly ripped me off and then was a jerk to the nice cashier while I was paying for everything. The guest waiting area is disgusting and dirty...I have never been to such a disgusting dealership.

They of course did not want me to look at other dealerships and led me to believe I was walking out of a good deal. So I went to another nearby dealership. I looked at the same make and model car with more features, less pushy salespersons, and for over $1000 less. I had a better experience elsewhere.
